By accessing or using our website, services, APIs, and software platforms (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Merchant of Record Disclosure: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles order-related inquiries, billing queries, tax compliance, and returns. When purchasing subscriptions or licenses for MediaTech Studio IO, your transaction is processed directly by Paddle.com Market Ltd.
- Eligibility and Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You will notify us immediately at support@mediatech.studio of any unauthorized access or security breach.
2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
Certain components of MediaTech Studio IO are made available on a recurring subscription basis (“Subscription”).
Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cadence (monthly or annually, as selected during checkout).
Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled prior to the end of the billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms and at the then-current price.
Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by Paddle. By submitting payment details, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable subscription fees and any relevant taxes.
Modifications to Pricing: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by accessing the customer portal provided by Paddle. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features through the end of your prepaid billing period.
Refunds are governed by our dedicated Refund and Cancellation Policy. In accordance with statutory obligations and our merchant standards, eligible refund requests will be reviewed and processed via Paddle.com.
- Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.
Transmit viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or any malicious code designed to disrupt or compromise system security.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the Service software.
Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service servers or networks.
Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized scraping or automated extraction of data.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, code, documentation, interfaces, and branding associated with MediaTech Studio IO are the exclusive property of MediaTech Studio LLC and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- User Content and Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to any data, configurations, or content you submit or process through the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process User Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and secure the Service on your behalf. - Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. - Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEDIATECH STUDIO LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. - Modifications to Terms
